We believe in missions.
At WorldReach, we believe the Lord has called us to a ministry that allows Him to work through us to accomplish His purpose. Our desire is to stay focused on the ministry the Lord Jesus has given us.
- Our mission: to mobilize and equip the church for global missions.
- Our vision: to effectively share the gospel and lead Christians to bring the message of saving faith in Jesus Christ to all peoples of the world.
- Our strategy: to develop leaders within local churches to lead mission efforts for evangelism, church planting, and discipleship. We partner with like-minded Christians who have a heart to reach others for Christ around the world.
On July 1st, 2001, with the concurrence of Pastor Bill Ricketts, – known as Bro. Bill to most – staff, deacons, and members, WorldReach Ministries officially came into existence as a PABC ministry. WorldReach Ministries is under the authority of Prince Avenue Baptist Church, and receives annual support from PABC to assist in its general and administrative expenses. All financial records are handled by the financial staff of PABC, but WorldReach has its own bank accounts, and all financial records are segregated from those of PABC. There is no intermingling of funds with any other ministries of PABC.
WorldReach Ministries supports many mission projects, including but not limited to, ACTS Ministry Food Bank in Bogart, Soritau Emergency Fund, Shields of Strength, and WorldReach Bible Institute.
