I am continually overwhelmed and grateful when I look at what God is doing at Prince. We are a healthy and growing family, not because of our own efforts, but because of the grace and goodness of God. Many of you were a part of the MORE Initiative in 2022, and now we are seeing the fruit of that faithfulness— MORE new families finding a home, MORE people committing their lives to Christ, and MORE people in our community experiencing the love of Jesus.
In the seven months since August 1, 2025, we have documented 752 first-time guests of all ages at Prince and welcomed 177 new members! As we often say, we are the visible presence of Jesus in our community. He has put us in this specific, growing area for a reason. That means our first and primary responsibility—our commission from God—is to seek to reach every neighbor. We must be the church for this neighborhood.
That is why we are launching Every Neighbor.
This is not a new project; it is the logical next step to what we began back in 2022. We won't continue to build forever, but we must finish what we started. If we are making space for our church to grow in worship attendance, then we also must make space for other necessary ministries as well. We cannot let valuable space sit empty while our ministries are bursting at the seams.
As we prepare to open our new Worship Center, we are faced with a choice regarding the space we are leaving behind. Our Adult and Next Gen ministries, along with our ever-growing Special Needs ministry, are already overflowing. The need for ministry space is simply too high to leave our former auditorium dark. The calling is clear, the need is real, and the timing is now!
We believe that renovating our current worship center into two stories—with dedicated space for our Students and Adult Community Groups—will ripple out and open up vital room for all of our ministries to grow. This is how we steward the resources God has given us to reach the people God has placed around us!
I am asking you to join me in finishing this work. Let’s make room for the families next door. Let’s be the visible presence of Jesus to this community.
For Every Neighbor,
Pastor Josh

On Sunday, March 15, we will hold a congregational vote at the end of all three services regarding the start of our renovations. Pending church approval, we plan to start work soon after our move into the new worship center. We will use our current surplus to begin the renovation and will complete the project as funding is received through our Every Neighbor commitments.
WHAT ARE WE ASKING YOU TO DO?
We are not launching a huge campaign. We are letting the church family know the need and asking you to seek the Lord as to how you can be involved. We are confident He will not only stir the hearts of His people but also provide the resources this vision requires.
What we ask of you is simple: Participate, Pray, and Obey.
The Every Neighbor campaign is the natural and logical next step of the journey we began in 2022 with the MORE Initiative.
Through the incredible faithfulness of our church family, the MORE Initiative served as "Phase 1" of our master plan—the construction of our new Worship Center. As that project successfully nears completion this summer, we are transitioning into "Phase 2," which we are calling Every Neighbor.
If you are currently working to fulfill a multi-year commitment to the MORE Initiative, we ask that you please continue to do so through the end of your commitment period. Your ongoing faithfulness is what has allowed us to reach this point debt-free!
We invite you to look back at the details of the MORE Initiative and see the amazing progress God has allowed from 2022–2026.
