Make a Care Kit

Jesus shows us over and over again that he cares for the less fortunate.

One great way your family can practice serving the homeless in the Athens area is to make care kits! You can keep these in your cars, and whenever you see a person in need, you can quickly pass along a small kit that will give them some essentials!

Here's the general idea of how to make a care kit:

• Pack a Ziploc with with essentials:
  • Granola bar, toothbrush, toothpaste, fruit snacks, water, socks, etc.
  • Include an encouraging note with drawings and Scripture
