MORE Update - January 18, 2023

Thank you to everyone who has participated in our MORE initiative—we've been overwhelmed with the church family's support!

On Sunday, October 30, we received 99% approval from the church family to move forward with our facilities expansion once we reached $15 million in gifts and pledges.

We began receiving gifts and pledges in November 2022 through the end of the year. As of Sunday, January 15, 2023, we have reached $10,745,000 in pledges and gifts toward our goal! 

How will we move forward?

We will not take out a loan for the remainder of our goal. We are believing that if the 52% of giving units that have not yet pledged to MORE do commit to give, then we'll reach our goal by the time we're ready to break ground with new construction.

We will begin with preliminary work and planning that must be done before we begin construction. We are believing that by the time we are ready to move forward with construction, we will receive everything we need to pay for the project in cash.

You can still be a part of MORE! If you would like to make a pledge, commitment cards are available on Sunday mornings in the atrium, and you can also give us a call at the church offices at 678-753-3100.
